这么宁静的夏天，在一只蝉的浅唱中游离
却滋生出些许燥热
从骨缝扩散到发际，再散开去
云里雾里
 
这么宁静的夏天，岁月的影子在窗外飘荡
阳光深情地吻在窗棂上
风把阳光吹散，心随风儿飞远
眼里梦里
 
这么宁静的夏天，爬山虎停下了匆匆的脚步
与细碎的光阴厮磨
蒲公英舞着白色的纱衣追随最爱
大片寂寞在墙外走失
墙里画里
 
这么宁静的夏天，一场固执的大雨
扼杀了我那只美丽的蝶儿
思绪在漫延中轻轻地流淌
我站在时光的门槛，承载难以湮灭的回忆
让我的梦陪伴你
风里雨里

Such a Quiet Summer

Such quiet a summer disbands in cicada’s soft singing
And yet breeds dry heat
That spreads from my bone joints to hair line, and further
In clouds and hazes
 
In such a quiet summer, the shadows of years drift outside the window
The sun lays his loving kisses on its lattice
Wind disperses the sunshine which my heart flies far with
In my visions and dreams
 
In such a quiet summer, ivies stop their hasty footsteps
To mash the fine grains of time
Dandelions swing their white voile clothes to chase what they love best
Beyond the wall, large pieces of loneliness go astray
Inside the wall or pictures
 
In such a quiet summer, an obstinate rain
Throttles that beautiful butterfly of mine
The pervading thoughts gently flow
I stand at the door sill of time, bearing the hard-drowned memories
Allow my dreams to accompany you
In winds or rains
 
Hu Yuping, a poetess born in 80’s, is now teaching at Beishan Middle School, Yongchuan, Chongqing Municipality.
