　这是一首题材罕见的歌曲，内容是以印地安人的观点，控诉白人入侵新大陆后，将原住民──印地安人赶尽杀绝，占领他们的土地，最后将所有印地安人集中在所谓的保留区内，美其名为保存其传统文化，实际上是便于监控管理，避免他们再度起兵对抗白人。
　歌词提到的「却洛奇族」乃是北美洲印地安人中最大的一族。
