“航母style”也叫“起飞style”。2012年11月25日，中国首艘航母“辽宁舰”成功起降歼-15舰载机后，舰载机指挥员在起降过程中的手势动作引起中国网友的浓厚兴趣。航母起飞指挥员以半蹲为姿势，右手蜷缩伸出食指和中指，指向飞行甲板前端，代表“允许起飞”信号。
