Having received the Report for Examination and Approval of A Table of Chemicals Subject to Supervision and Control submitted by your ministry on February 26, 1996, the State Council approves the Table of Chemicals Subject to Supervision and Control submitted by your ministry. Said table shall be promulgated by your ministry.
