Chinese woman players rewrote the world record of 48kg, 53kg and 58kg categories in the jerk in the first three days in Asian Championships.

It is the first time for Chen Bianxia, the 48kg category world record breaker, to attend continental competitions. Qiu Hongxia, who broke the 53kg category world record, just attracted world's attention in last year's World Championships.

Moradi told the reporters that there was no new world record set in the European Championships just ended in France, "the Chinese woman players showed high standard in the competition, and I believe they will win gold medals in these three categories in the 2008 Olympic Games."

A lot of first-level athletes didn't attend to Asian Championships. Some countries didn't let their main force to come as they will prepare for the World Championships in September.
