Food In Different Zones 不同地方的食物
Chinese cuisine is famous all around the world. Nearly every foreign people will speak highly of it. The food culture here is profound and food in different zones has different features. Take the Toufu jelly for example. Though it is called the same name, its flavor tastes different in south and north. People from south like to add sugar while people from north like to eat with salt. So people will argue about which flavor is better and they want to make sure the flavor they like is the best. Actually, there is no need to argue about the different flavor. It is the diversity of cuisine makes Chinese food delicious and classic. Everyone has their choice and they should taste the new flavor and embrace it. I have a strong desire to taste food in every area, at that time, I can be a foodie.
中国菜闻名全世界,几乎每个外国人都会给予了高度评价。这里的饮食文化博大精深,不同区域的菜有着不一样的特性。例如豆腐花。虽然有着同样的名称,但是在南北口味是不同的。来自南方的人们喜欢加糖,而北方人们喜欢加盐。所以人们会争论哪种味道更好吃,都想要确保自己喜欢的味道是最好的。实际上,对于不同的口味是没有必要去争论的。美食的多样性使得中国菜美味而经典。每个人都有自己的选择,他们应该尝尝新口味,并接受不同的口味。我有一个强烈的愿望,那就是尝遍每个地方的菜,那时,我就是一个美食家了。
