Richard：No, surprise me!
Bill：Our mayor has his own weblog.
Richard ：What's that, some kind of disease?
Bill：No, don't be silly. It's a kind of diary or record of his activities and ideas, which anyone can read.
Richard：Is it worth reading?
Bill：Well in parts. He's got some quite good ideas for reducing traffic congestion in the town, for example.
Richard：That doesn't strike me as anything earth-shaking.
