我国政府提出，将对国内的“法律职业资格制度”进行改革。

近日，中共中央办公厅（the general office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee）、国务院（State Council）办公厅印发了《关于完善国家统一法律职业资格制度的意见》（以下简称《意见》）。《意见》提出，要以建设一支忠于党（faithful to the Party）、忠于国家、忠于人民、忠于法律（faithful to the law）的社会主义法治工作队伍为目标，通过建立健全国家统一法律职业资格制度，培育和发展社会主义法治（socialist rule of law）工作队伍，为全面推进依法治国（rule of law）提供人才保障。
