广播网周一对外宣布，杨紫琼已确认将加盟Netflix原创剧集《马可波罗》的第二季并饰演一个循环角色。

她将扮演一个与百眼的过去有关的神秘角色，根据发布-可以在上面看到杨紫琼第一张剧照。“杨紫琼不仅是荧幕上的一个传奇，还是伟大的国际动作明星之一，她是她那一代人中最好的演员之一，”创作人约翰·弗斯科说“因此我们很高兴她加入到最具多元文化的电视行业中并且把她独特的天赋带给《马可波罗》。”

她饰演的角色将为第二季的故事带来更多阴谋与秘密，还有武打戏份来丰富我们的故事世界。

这并不是杨紫琼与Netflix的第一次合作，观众们可以于2月26日在Netflix或者点映影院中看到她在《卧虎藏龙2：青冥剑》所继续扮演的俞秀莲。

Michelle Yeoh has signed on for a recurring role in season 2 of Netflix original series Marco Polo, the network announced Monday.

She’ll play a mysterious figure from Hundred Eyes’ (Tom Wu) past,” according to a release — see the first photo of Yeoh’s appearance above. “Michelle Yeoh is not only a screen legend and one of the greatest international action stars of all time, she’s one of the best actors of her generation,” creator John Fusco said “So we are thrilled to have her join one of the most diverse ensembles in television and bring her unique talents to Marco Polo.

“Her role in the second season is one that’s going to add even more intrigue, mystery, and Asian martial arts to our rich story world.”

This is not Yeoh’s only relationship with Netflix: The actress is set to reprise her role in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon for sequel Sword of Destiny, which will stream on Netflix and in select theaters on Feb. 26.
