你经常拍照吗，经常和朋友谈论照片吗？那么下面这些话你一定用得到。拍照片之前你肯定得去商店买胶卷，怎样向售货员买你所要的胶卷呢？     Kodak Tri-x film, please. 请给我柯达3-x胶卷。
    Thirty-six exposures, Sir. 三十六张的胶卷，先生。

选好景点，叫你的朋友摆好姿势。Will you please pose for your picture? 请你摆好姿势准备拍照好吗？

看来你的朋友对拍照还有点研究，看着你外行的样子，他不得不提醒你：胶卷上好了吗？ 你回答他：The film is spooled for use. 已经上好了。他又喊：

Don't forget to focus the lens. 别忘了调节镜头的焦距。
Don't obstruct the lens with your fingers. 别让手指遮住镜头。
Steady your camera when you press the button. 按按钮时要握稳照相机。

听完你朋友的教导，你已经不耐烦了，冲着他大喊：Here we go! 注意，开始！这时你的朋友又在那儿罗嗦了：

Get the falls in the background, will you? 把瀑布拍进背景中去好吗？

OK,OK,你卡嚓按下快门，拍好了一张。
接下来你要求和妹妹合影留念，于是说：I'd like to have a photo taken with my sister. 我想和我妹妹合影。这时远处一个小孩跑过来，十分可爱。你不由想抢拍一张，记录下这个精彩镜头：I'll snap the child when he runs to me. 我要在这孩子朝我跑过来时，给他抢拍一张。卡嚓、卡嚓又拍好几张，这时大家问你：How many exposures have you made? 你拍了几张了？查看了一下还剩一张照片，你想，不如全拍完吧。这时天暗了下来，你向你的朋友炫耀：There's a built-in flash in this camera. 这架照相机有一个内藏闪光灯。

把闪光灯打开，按动快门，这时突然发现快门按不下去了，你只能失望地对朋友说：The shutter won't work. 快门坏了.哎，就这样吧，先去把这卷冲出来再说。走进一家冲洗店，跟服务员说：I'd like to get this film developed. When can I get it back? 我要冲洗这张胶卷。我什么时候能取？

服务员说：For color prints? About three days. 彩色相片吗？大概三天左右。三天之后，照片洗出来了，看看效果怎么样？

朋友们七嘴八舌，由于自己技术不佳，好多人说不好：

    Your photos are faint. 你的照片色彩很淡。
    The subject in the photo is distorted. 照片里的景物变形了。
    Your photo is blurred. 你的照片不清晰。
    Well, the photo doesn't come out at all. 哎呀，这张照片根本没拍出来。

不过，也有人说好:

    The photograph is really well taken. 这张照片拍得真好。
    This photo flatters you. 这张照片比你本人好看。
    This photo has done you justice. 这张照片同你本人很象。
    Your wife come out well in the picture. 你妻子的这张照拍得不错。

得意之作，应该多印几张，又一次来到冲洗店。
