职场压力会对工作产生很大的影响,生活压力也会影响到工作。Stress is a normal part of life and usually comes from everyday occurrences. Here are some ways you can deal with everyday sources of stress.
(6)Laborsaving devices, such as cellular phones or computer hookups, often encourage us to cram too many activities into each day. 新工具可能会给你带来压力。Before you buy new equipment, be sure that it will really improve your life. Be aware that taking care of equipment and getting it repaired can be stressful.
