The interview was on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The night before the interview, Lisa went to see Steven Ruby a third time. They had a long talk.
Lisa: I have a piece of good news to tell you, Mr. Ruby.Steven: What is it?Lisa: I have an interview with the IBG tomorrow afternoon.Steven: Really? I'm glad to hear that.Lisa: I'd like your advice before I have the interview.Steven: I'm always happy to help you, Lisa.Lisa: Do you think they'll ask me a lot of questions?Steven: Don't be afraid of questions, Lisa. Be ready with answers.Lisa: What questions do you think they'll ask?Steven: They may ask you questions such as: 'Are you interested in business? Why do you want to work in the company? Do you have any social experience?' And so on.Lisa: I'm confident I can properly answer those questions.Steven: Good. It's important for you to answer questions naturally and properly.Lisa: What should I say if they ask me about things that I'm not familiar with?Steven: Be honest.
